These Terms & Conditions apply to the supply of any children’s provision booked in any manner such as camps, clubs, and events (each a ‘provision’) and supplied by a member of Complete Sports Ltd. No other terms apply, other than the descriptions of the provision found on our website and promotional material and any other terms to which reference is made in these terms of use.
By using our website and booking a provision with Complete Sports Ltd. you are acknowledging your full acceptance of only these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).
Medical information
Medical conditions and medication requirements of the attendees to our provision must be fully disclosed in writing at the time of booking and to the coach before any provision begins. When these are not disclosed, Complete Sports Ltd will not be held responsible if actions taken were different to those we would have taken if we were fully informed of the medical conditions and medication requirements.
ON THE BOOKING SYSTEM PARENTS/CARERS MUST PUT ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, ALLERGIES, DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ETC IN THE MEDICAL INFORMATION SECTION AS THIS IS WHERE WE VIEW THIS INFORMATION, IT IS HIGHLIGHTED TO US. IN THIS SECTION THEY MUST ALSO PUT ANY MEDICATION REQUIRED, WHERE IT IS KEPT, OR IF THEY NEED TO GIVE US ANY FOR STORAGE. FOR EXAMPLE, 'NUT ALLERGY, REQUIRES EPIPEN - KEPT IN WELFARE ROOM'.
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OUTCOMES IF THIS INFORMATION IS NOT PUT IN THE SYSTEM CORRECTLY.
Child Protection
All our staff are DBS checked and have child safeguarding training. If we have any suspicion of abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy.
Booking and Provision
After booking and payment, we will confirm your booking via email. Please ensure your child is able to attend and meets the criteria for participation for the provision before booking. The criteria will be stated on the website or promotional material. If you are unsure please email to confirm.
You can cancel a booking and receive a refund for a provision up to 48 hours before the block starts. The booking will be the full block of sessions, not individual sessions. Individual sessions cannot be refunded. If you do not give 48 hours notice you will not be eligible for a refund. Once a provision has started, you cannot receive a refund, however, if we are able to fill your space we will refund the remaining amount for the term.
While we endeavor to include children with a wide range of abilities, we do not have the resources to do this across all of our sites. In cases where Complete Sports Ltd. does not have appropriately qualified coaches to meet the needs of specific individuals, we would be acting negligently and/or unsafely in trying to do this. Whenever possible we will endeavor to provide the appropriate support to facilitate the inclusion of children with specific needs. Parents of children with higher needs, or that have a one to one, must discuss participation before they book on to ensure safety.
Programme Changes
If we have to cancel a provision for any reason, we will offer alternative provision. If we cant offer an alternative provision, or you don’t want the alternative provision, we will fully refund you for the individual session. We cannot be held responsible for any losses you incur due to cancelled sessions. If we are not able to go outside due to unfavorable weather we may on occasions arrange a different provision indoors.
Health & Safety
Coaches all hold at least an emergency aid qualification, and where required by Ofsted we have a full paediatric trained first aider. By agreeing to these T&Cs, you give consent for us to administer all necessary first aid required by your child. Risk Assessments are carried out for all our sessions.
Promotions
Any discount codes must be redeemed and used in accordance with he stated terms and conditions of that code. Only one promotional code can be entered per booking, and sibling discount cannot be combined with any other promotional code. Violation of use of codes may void your booking.
Leaving Sessions
Each child must be collected by a parent or guardian. If the child has permission to leave on their own, we must have written permission via email for our records.
Photography
Occasionally, we may take photos and short videos of our activities for promotional purposes. Children will never be named in photos/videos. When you book you will be given the opportunity to consent to this.
Personal Belongings
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings whilst attending our provision.
Complaints
In the first instance please raise any issues with the coach delivering the activity. They will deal with any issue in line with our policies and procedures.
If the problem is not resolved, please write to our customer services team at info@completesports.co.uk as soon as possible, and within 7 days of your child’s attendance at the provision.
We take complaints very seriously and try to resolve complaint’s as quickly as we can. This said, refunds will only be issued if we are in breach of our T&C’s.

Sports and Activity Participation
By booking our services, you understand your child will be participating in physical activity and that there is a risk of injury, or damage to personal belongings such as clothing, that is outside the delivering staff members control, and that you will not hold Complete Sports Ltd liable for such injuries or damage. The company is covered by public liability insurance only, and by booking you understand this.
Information
On our website we provide information and links to third party websites. We do not accept responsibility for third party materials.
We (or third parties) own the content on our site and promotional material; you should only use this content for browsing our services and making a booking.
For information regarding the personal data that we collect from you and what we do with it, you can request our privacy policy by emailing info@completesports.co.uk. Our privacy policy forms part of these Terms of Use.
If any of these T&C’s are found to be unenforceable by a court, the T&C shall be moved but the remaining T&C’s shall remain in force to the full extent permitted by law. These T&C’s are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
Late Charges
Due to some parents continually collecting children late, we have unfortunately had to implement a late collection fee. This will be charged at £2.50 for every 5 minutes you collect your child late.
